I noticed this Penton on E-Bay and although I am not certain I believe that it is a Wassel with the wrong tank, fenders and misc other parts. From the photo it appears to me to be a Wassel plus the owner states that it has a frame number W420ST. It might make a good parts bike for someone restoring a Wassel. Lots of parts missing though.
