A fellow POG member needs our prayers ! Buddy Johnson aka Macio Buddy had an incident,similar to a stroke.His blood pressure is through the roof and he has numbness down his left side.The doctor says he might get feeling back in two weeks,two months or never.This is where the power of Prayer comes into play!Thanks Guys!!

You can count on prayers coming from out my way for Buddy, that the Lord will heal him and he will have a full, speedy recovery.

I just got an item from Buddy and told him I knew you. We are trying to get together and talk vintage, but I had no idea about his situation. we will keep him and his family in our thoughts and prayers.

I just found out about this but I too will be in prayer for him. Things have been crazy around her but never too crazy for prayer. keep us posted!

Hi all,
I went to Summerville today and met Buddy for the first time at the shop where he works. We were able to chat a little and he said he is getting better a little at a time. He's hoping for the best, and is ready for Mid Ohio.

Hi All,
Just wanted to say Thanks for the Prayers..I just returned from the Doctors office this afternoon for a follow up, and he says everythings looking pretty good..he just doesn't know how long it will take for me to fully recover from the numbness that I still have on my right side..but I can tell you this I'm HAPPY:D to be here and able to use everything..I guess that when you're 40something you need to get a checked up every year..not wait 3 or 4 years..I can't wait to meet you guys at Mid-Ohio..who knows I might even dust off the ol' clubs and team up with Thomas for a Rebel vs. Yankee best ball..atleast now I have a legitimate excuse for that DARN slice[:0]..anyway thanks for the prayers..Buddy

Buddy, That is some GREAT NEWS ! I am glad you are doing better ! But as far as the golf goes,The slice doesn't matter,it is about the camaraderie !!:D
