Just for future reference, a Penton guru in So. Cal recently mentioned that there's another cap -other than stock- that fits a steel tanker tank, probably not a flip up, though, and most likely a different brand other than Penton.

Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks, Kip. That will be good to know for future reference, just in case I find a storage unit full of steel tankers (without gas caps)!

Glad the Midwest Penton guru had the answer! Is this the Desmo 450 cap we are talking about?
