What is the correct prep. and coatings for the 1975/78 silver motors. Thanks Brad.

60/80 Grit Glas Bead Blast @ 80psi.  PJ1 17 BRLS Paint two coats, let dry well and clear coat!  Cylinder is not painted, Head can be painted with Eastwood Alumi-blast silver;)

I am not and expert by any means, but from having a body and paint shop background, clear coat is best applied while the base coat is still slightly tacky, unless you like having it lift and peel off later. I do one side of the engine at a time as I haven't built a holding/rotating fixure...Yet. Mike
