Title: Red Glyptal
Post by: tofriedel on March 05, 2006, 08:09:42 AM
I am rebuilding  a couple of engines and want to coat the cases in the crank area with "red glyptal", but I do not need a quart of this resin.  Does anyone have any they want to part with?  I will cover your costs on the glyptal & freight.

Please tell, what is red glyptal, how does it apply and holdup? Is it used to smooth out and patch up rot-eaten case internals?
