Title: Spark Plugs
Post by: Tom on September 09, 2001, 05:56:15 PM
What is the replcement plug for Bosch w260T1 that is the Penton technical spec for Sachs motor 1251/6/B? Or, what have you been using since the Bosch plug is not available. US NGK technical support cannot assist. I'm stuck on my restoration.

Bosch W3AC is the crossover for the Sachs 100/125

The NGK match for the Bosch is a B8HS

I don't knw about today, but, 30 years ago the Bosch was a much higher quality plug than the NGK.

Yes, and a W3AS is the crossover for the 250/400!

Yes 20 years ago I would have said Bosch was the better plug. But now I don't think they make a better sparkplug than the NGK. If you want higher quality us a B8HV or B8HVX.
