Title: Headlamp Wiring Question
Post by: KJDonovan on September 07, 2006, 08:07:40 AM
Greetings,

I am installing an Preston Petty number plate / headlamp holder on my 72 Jack Piner and have question on wiring.  The headlamp I am using is a sealed beam, I know that one prong on it is for the low beam, one is high beam and the third (center prong)  is neutral.  My question is, should I ground the wire that connects to the neutral prong?

Thanks,

KD

Kevin,
Yep, need that complete path for the electrons to travel, without the
ground, no path.
