Rod,
Your 125 Pentons will wheelie just like this...just let Tom ride it.  It is a Great Picture.

I was just reading in VMX #20 coverage of the running brand gp about Tom's win.The writer declared about T.B.'s riding skills.-"The only explanation is that Tom is an alien or that he has had a gyro surgically implanted that allows him to be on the optimum position on his motorcycle at any given moment".How about it Tom,gyro-or where have you hidden the spaceship?Inquiring minds want to know!

Rod,
No secrets here!

I would call that 125 pictured as a TOTAL POG Collective Project. Allow me to explain; I picked up my Penton off ebay and as soon as I rode it fell in love with the handling.

I started asking alot of questions on POG on what to do to get the most out of it. Soooooo Doug Wilford got the motor done, Donny Smith jetted the 32 Mikuni, Ron Carbaugh ;)drilled the 60 holes in the clutch hub (not really but I love to tease him about those being there), The head was hand milled on the kitchen counter to 155 psi, my brother ported the cylinder, I cut off the stinger and welded on a much larger 79 CR 125 Honda stinger (more gas in /more gas out) I took .060 off the piston intake skirt matched to the intake port contour.

This baby really boogies...but its time to get the tranny done.

I have a few more things to test...like a wrist pin that is 12 grams lighter. Man its fun working on 2 stroke 125s!

Well Tom if you are going to TELL ALL how abut the hollow wheel bearings we use for less unsprung weight???  Or were you going to tell them about the helium filled handlebars, front forks and tire tubes.....  Well now every Penton in the known world is going to run like your Six Moto 125.[:p]
