Hey if nobody buys the penton 400s in the next couple weeks I will be tearing them apart and parting them out. Let me know what you need and what you will pay for the parts you need. Anything I don't sell, will be thrown out. No more room, no more time...
See my previous ad on the bikes for description and pictures
I would really like to have a 1977 MC5 rolling chassis, or frame for that matter if you sell everything else. Does your 77 MC5 have the dual position footpegs? Mike

You guys ought to get together and pitch in to buy both and then do what you have to with them. Then sell off the stuff you don't use to re coup your cost.
Thrownchain,
It's a good idea, but the timing for spending $$$ before the RR is wrong. From the pics, it looks like the frame is actually a late 76 or very early 77 with the single position non-serrated footpegs, like my 76 125 MC5 has. I am looking for a 77 MC5 frame with the dual position mount serrated footpegs. Thanks for the suggestion though! Mike

Hi Guys. If you decide to 'part out' the two 400's I'm in desperate need of a barrel and piston. I'll keep in touch
Albert Crackleport (Grass Bashin Champion and Pembleton Racer)
I would be interrested in buying the motor from the 76 if it's not stuck and has spark as you stated.
Thanks,
Chuck Purinton
Hey guys. Thanks for all the responses. The bikes have been sold. I am actually glad I didn't have to part them out and someone will be fixing them up.
