Title: What a beautiful Carolina day....
Post by: swamp fox on December 10, 2006, 07:12:44 PM
Man, what a day we had here in Carolina. 60-65 degrees, beautiful clear skies.[8D] Thomas Carmichael and his son Trey came down from Greenville/Greer and rode some yesterday, and I got with them for a 30-40 mile loop through the Francis Marion Nat. Forest today. You couldn't ask for better conditions. It was great getting back into the woods for a change. I hope some of you were able to get in some fun this weekend.

Bobby,I just want to say Thanks Again!!Your kindness will never be forgotten!!You are what the POG site is all about"brotherhood"!!

I had just bought new tires for my 4 runner and after a day of riding on sat.I came in and loaded up and found I had a tire going down.I called Bobby and he called several places for me and found a place to do the repair. He also met me there and took my trailer with bikes home for storage for the night and met me again the next day with the bikes for our ride.AAA can't come close!!!Bobby you are the best!! Thanks Again.
Oh I almost forgot, the riding was a BLAST!!!except where my tickler in my bing decided it had enough and got off!!This is not a good thing and it can make you push for a while!!Again Bobby out trying to find a brother dead in the woods. Thanks for that one also.

Thomas,
You are always more than welcome. That's what brothers are for. I appreciated the company. Being able to get out there and ride some was a refreshing break from the daily grind. Thanks for the duct tape for my 20 yr old boots, but I will have some new ones next time I ride. Now I just have to get my [8] butt in gear and get the Pentons finished.
