The cakes pictured were the brainchild of Toni Roach, they were just awesome!  Carl told of having to cross that creek in the photo over and over again for the photographer to get the picture " just right".

    Thank you Toni for the cakes.

    And a big thanks to Bill and Karen for taking the pictures and creating the online scrapbook.

On page 6. The blue Six-Day MX with the down pipe, number 33D.
Wow, I really think that's a nice looking Penton.
Is that yours Lew ? Is'nt that Lew's number.
Anyway...nice job, love it's looks. :-)

How do like that tank Bob? It's the one I got from you at M-O a few years back.
Mick I made the panels out of flat stock. If you look close you can see I used them and an aluminum panel in front and an aluminum inner fender to make a shielded airbox for a pod type filter.
When I first got this bike finished I took it to the Moberly AHRMA MX and got the kool bike award, man was I shocked.
Once at an AHRMA cross country I tried to hedge my finish by taping a D over Lew's B.
