Hope all is well with everyone. I read here alot but don't post much. What i have is a frame #54 30867382. This was a complete bike. Still have all parts to it. The color scheme is yellow and green. The problem i have is the frame was stored in a shed down here in balmy Atl. Said frame is pretty rusty. Now the advice part, should i try to salvage it or buy another. If buy is the option do you guys know of one for sale. It is a high breather and that is where most the rust is . The panel that is under the seat is mostly gone. I think the rest is ok. May need one small section of downtube replaced. Anyway thanks for any help and advice rendered.
