Our Lord said, "Greater love hath no man than this, that he lay down his life for his friends"..What a love so many have shown for their country and the cause of freedom. I am just now watching Sean Hannity, Newt Gingrich, and Oliver North remembering Pearl Harbor on the Fox Network. We are forever grateful. Thanks guys for reminding us. Hope all of you have a great Memorial weekend!

Thank you to all that have served and are continuing to serve so that we may enjoy the life that is so dear to us. There was a dedication to the new Medal of Honor Museum here at the USS Yorktown Wed night that was attended by 42 of the 110 living recipients. The newspaper had a little story of each, and in reading them, it would bring a tear to your eye and a sense of great pride to your heart to know what these unselfish people did. God bless them all.

I pray that our Lord protects those that are courageous and unselfish in their commitment to ensure our freedoms that we so often take for granted, and appreciate those who have gone before them in the honor of serving our country. I have a niece in the Marine Corps and another in the Air Force currently, and am very proud and indebted to all that serve our great country. Mike

I for one am very greatful for the Lord's protection of those who have served in the military.. My father is a pearl harbor survivor.... He was on his way to church when the attack began. The ship he was on was one of the first to go down. The wonder is that no one on his ship perished.. The torpedo went underneath his ship hitting the ship tied up next to it... The concussion blew a whole in Dad's ship and it began to sink.. by that time Dad returned to the ship in time to hear the captain's order to abandon ship. Dad spent the balance of the attack doing what he could to stay alive.. There really was nothing else he could do..... A year and a half ago, I asked Dad alot of questions and he answered.. cool think is I got on Tape.......
