Title: Stolen Motorcycles

I know this is somewhat off topic, but does anyone know of any stolen bike registries?  I ask because I have an opportunity to buy an 86 Maico 490 at price that seems too good to be true and I want to make sure I am not buying someone elses stolen ride.

You might want to run the numbers by your local state police.
