My 75 250 Hare Scrambles has a 100/110 tire on the rear. Back in the day I thought we ran 450s. Isn't the 100/110 equivalent to a 400. Is a 450 too big?
Thanks,
Chuck,

Found this chart online....can't swear by it though.

Hi Chuck,
I also have a '75 Harescrambler, and I run a Kenda 257D on my bike. Its a 110/100 and it also says 4.50 x 18 on the sidewall, so it sounds like they are the same. It looks very vintage, hooks up nice and spins off the line. It has given me good wear life, and the best part, it only cost 45 bucks! Hope this helps, Mick.
The Pirelli MT16 in the 110/100X18 size ( formerly called 400X18 ) is perfect for your bike. The 120/100X18 ( formerly 450X18 ) is a huge tire similar to those that came on the Ossa SDR.
The MT16 front is also a very good tire. Both tires are good enough that I use them on my modern bikes but they look vintage.
