Title: Ballpark handlebar width
Post by: cubfan1968 on January 19, 2008, 09:02:21 AM
What is the ballpark handlebar width of a vintage 70's dirt bike?

Mine seem a little wide (34") but with my long monkey arms it's comfortable.

For Southern woods riding we typically cut them any where from 30 1/2" to 31 1/2" depending on rider preference.

I'm sure the range is great depending on where you are riding.

Stock bars were very wide, in the 33-34" range.
