Wow, would be cool to have one but not at that price...
by the way, after the race on saturday.. we stopped at the "country kitchen" Some one asked me about your bike and some said how cool it was... and then he said he he had a lower end to a 420 that he wanted to sell, I told him you might be interested and I gave him my contact information... hopefully he will call and is will to sell at a reasonable price. I will let you know....

Hey Thom, thanks for that, yes...could use a 420 lower end if it's got a good rod in it. Get a number for me if you can.

Still working out suspension bugs, but with it sorted and a good jump at the gate I should be able finally win an Evo Int. moto or two someday.

Congrats though, go to Preacher Thom! You got a 2-1 and the overall in +50 Evo EXPERT? Beat former sponsored rider Russ Hoehn?? That's an accomplishment! Must be that slim new figure of yours.

BTW, our friend Siege said he's got Russ working on the motor rebuild for his '74 250 Harescrambler. May be two converts out of that project.

Thanks Jon, I was really pumped about the win. Russ and I have been racing together for about 3 years, and there has only been a few times that I have ever beat him but this by far was the sweetest....Russ is not the kind of guy that makes many mistakes.. but lately I have been on his tail at every corner and he knows that he needs to push.. He loves racing with me because as he says in makes him faster... me too!!!1
Siege has been choppin at the bit to finish the bike...
I have thinking it must be about time to get started on my Harescrambler....
