Title: shifter and kicker rubbers

Anyone have suggestions for kicker and shifter rubber source, for a CMF Six-Day?  I suppose anything of the right diameter and length would work on the kicker, but what about the oval-shaped tip of the shifter?

Thanks for the offer, Donny.  I don't know if my bike deserves NOS.  Haha.  I will get back to you, though.  If I go on this, can I send you a check?
