Does anyone know if the swingarm bolt pitch is 1.50 on a 72 125 six days? I boogered mine up bad and need to repair.

Chuck,
I'm pretty sure that it is 1.75. The majority of the 12mm DIN threads, are 1.75.

I think it's 14mm not 12mm. I went to the hardware store and they had 1.5 and 2.0 pitch. Since I bunged up the threads so much, I couldn't try putting on a nut. It definitely isn't the 2.0. Visually you can tell. But you could be right with it being 1.75.

Chuck,
I know for a fact that it's 14 x 1.5 , because I purchased both a tap to chase that hole in the frames, and a die for swingarm bolts.

Chuck,
It is definitely 14mm X 1.5. Last evening when I went home, I went out to my barn and dug into my old tools to find a special "tap tool" that I have that we used to clean up the threads on the left side of the frame when the threads got buggered up.
Here's the picture of the "tap".

Dane, that's pretty slick!
You got to wonder how many homemade tools like yours are sitting in tool boxes and on work benches that go unknown.

Dane,
That some tool. Nothing like good old POG ingenuity.
