Looked to be a Tyran chassis.

Nope. Not a Tyran, just another fine old Wassell trials bike thats been buggered by a P O at some point.

Somebody got a deal on that bike. Even though it is rough it has all the hard (impossible) to find parts on it.

I bought the Wassell.Anybody heading North from West Virginia?
I need to get it to Northern Indiana.
It looked pretty complete and If
i get it picked up soon, maybe i,ll have it ready
For a few events next year.
I watched some sections at Mid-Ohio
and I,m going to need lots of practice.
Never done trials , mainly MX and CC .

Congrats on the new bike Kevin. They are a lot of fun to ride and can be made to work very well. Yours already has the 5A motor which works better for trials due to the larger crankwheels and points ignition.

I can't help with delivery but i do know a few tricks for setup. Lew also has a lot of knowledge about making them work right.

This is CRAZY..
Last weekend a friend that races with me in Our Indiana vintage series Ask me if i'm interested in another Penton. Say,s he'll stop by with it. Yeap,  you guessed it Another Wassell!!  This one runs and is complete minus chain guard. Hopefully I,ll have a few spares after I get a nice one built.
