Could anyone help me verify that this is a swingarm from a 1974 Penton Hare Scrambler 250 - and/or what other Penton it might be for?

Looks like a 74.5-1976 swingarm for the 2 position frame. Allows for upright or laid down shock positioning. Early 1974 has 3 holes on the swingarm and only 1 shock mounting point on the frame. The bike pictured has what looks like an altered dual tube rear frame section and earlier style swingarm. Mike
