Brother Tom (Penton) is in town on a short visit and he has altered his travel plans so he can come to the POG meeting tomorrow night, Thursday Oct. 2nd, at KTM in Amherst.

See you there.

Funny thing you mention Tom.  I was out on a 2 day swim (7" of rain)this past Weekend and a fella noticed my Penton stuff on my late model Katoom.   He said he has Toms 1975 250 hare scrambler he used in the 75 ISDT.
He's a former OSSA rider and 72 years young.
Can anybody (not from Me.) guess who it is ??
Mista man, do we have alot of trails up here to ride on !!

Paul,
It is always an Honor to be beat by someone who was not only a great 6 Day Rider, but a great MX rider....if you don't believe it ask Joe Barker.   Augie was always so proud of you and so am I.[^]

Jack,
Remind Tom that the ISDTRR will be in southern OH next year...a good reason for him to come home for a visit and get a little riding in at the same time!  It's been 5 years already since his last Reunion appearance...way too long!  I think a Tom, Jeff and Jack team should be in the plans for next year!  You know your assignment, now get to work on your brothers.

How cool would it be to have Tom, Jeff, and Jack as an "official" Team Penton at the Ohio ISDT-RR?

that was too easy for you guys, Ron and Paul.
Don road well over 180 miles of the best dirt Bike terrain imaginable !!! (tough trails is putting it sorta mildly...) over a 2 day period
This one slippery hill section we went up, it took the other riders pretty much a 1/2 hr to get up.  He went up it like it wasen't even a hill!!
Anywho.. Toms 75 250 ISDT Penton has been restored and its running like a true racing Penton.  He did mention something about it being mildly ported and  a few other mods.;)
