Can someone tell me about any experiences with Frank's Forks? I need a set of fork tubes for a 77 400 GS6 project and understand I might find some there....

I had a pair rechromed for one of my CZ's and they came out perfect. I've been racing the bike once a month in local and Ahrma events over the last 2 years and they have held up! I would recommend his rechroming anytime!

Great news......now tell me something else....what is the absolute worst condition of a chrome fork tube (HEAVY pitting, rust) that can still be reconditioned....or am I better off finding a replacement?

I wouldn't hesitate to send him the forks and ask his expertise. If he can't repair them, he'll give you a price to replace 'em.
