Title: Engine evaluation and repair Michigan or Ohio area

I am looking for an experienced/reputable person in the Michigan or Ohio area to evaluate and bring back an early 1970's Sachs 125cc to racing quality.  It has not been running since approximately 1975 or 1976.  A recent test with a small amount of fuel shows the engine will run for a short period, although the clutch plates are stuck together.
