Title: Deck Height and Timing 81 250 ?
Post by: Mike Lenz on December 25, 2008, 06:55:34 PM
Anyone got these specs for an 81.  It was a year alone engine as the 80 was the old style engine and the 82 had a reed.
Thanks!
Mike

O yes, that had a single ring piston which is why the deck height is so different. Thanks!

Be careful, top ring placement is top ring placement, the second ring (if equipped) has nothing to do with it (X dimension).
