I found a SeaDoo key that was 3x4mm that I think should work. The one in the bike is OK, but the hub was left loose at one point and it shows some wear, before I race it again I want to replace it.

Brian,
I was sifting through some NOS Sachs parts I bought as a group along with some NOS KTM parts from WolfCreekMountain, and there is a bag of 6 NOS crank keys that measure 3 X 3.6mm, as close as I can tell. I will have them with me at the AMA meeting on the 7th and the swap meet Feb 8th if you still need one or a couple. If you will be there, look me up. Mike

Thanks Mike. The SeaDoo key I found worked but I also ordered one from Al B. so I'm all set.

Thanks for the Ski-doo hook up for the 3X3.7 woodruff key. The Ski-Doo number is 420246055. My local dealer has a ton....just be sure to load up at your ATM first. Harry

No problem, I should have put the part number up, but I wasnt sure how many people would have a SeaDoo dealer near them. I imagine a SkiDoo snowmobile also uses that key, and I think any Bombardier dealer of SeaDoo, SkiDoo or Can-Am ATVs could order that key if they did not have one in stock. Also, the older Bombardier number is 290246055, its the same part but the older number so an older dealership might have this number left over and not the new one.
