Can the huge silencer (shroud thingy?) be cut off the 74-75 enduro pipe so that you can add a smaller silencer on? Thanks!

Yes, but it will fetch more money than you can buy an aftermarket pipe for. They are hard to come buy and the enduro guys are always looking for them.

T/Red. since I don't know you, I can only tell you that once you decide to build a Penton, it will be yours forever.
