i have a 1974 250 hare-scrambler for sale. i bought it a couple of years ago to do a few enduros on. but its too nice to take out in the woods and thrash on. ive gone over the whole bike and set it up for enduros. im asking $2500.00 for it although i have more than that in it.     thanks.    mike.

Something crazy is making my posts show up twice.  Sorry.  Anyway, to post a pic the best way I have found is to load them to photobucket.  Then you get an automatic easy link that will make the pic appear like magic.  But if you send them to me and you do not mind I will figure out a way to post them for you.  Regards, John

Mike sent me the photos so here they are.  If you email him he has more photos.  Best, JEI

Doesn't that look a lot like Tom Brosius "freightliner" 1976 Cross Country that he sold? Mike

Mike,Just wondering how this bike works with the later front end on it-does it still turn ok?Better in the hi speed stuff?I have a 75 250 MX and was thinking about putting on the later front end with sachs hydros on the back in laydown position. Thanks,

Ric, Sorry, I don't really know how the suspension works, because I bought the bike, rebuilt it, and then didn't want to thrash it in the woods! I basically have only taken it for spins in the field, and it runs great, just have not really tested the suspension. Thanks, Mike
