FYI, there is an article in USA Today (online, I'm not sure about the hard copy) in which Malcolm Smith says he is going to sell the youth bikes:
"Malcolm Smith, a Riverside, Calif., dealer and major figure in off-road motorcycling for four decades, is challenging federal officials to come and get him."
And here's the link to the story. I should have thought of this in the first place:

A law that redicolus is a shame for humanity wherever
invented. Stupidity seem to be the one and only thing
that doens't recognize boundaries.
In case you haven't noticed, stupidity is very, very prevalent in the Congress of the United States.

Unfortunately, it's growing worse. I mentioned cap and trade in an earlier post and now the carbon emission tax on virtually every aspect of our lives has surfaced. The attack on small motorcycles is bad enough; we havent seen anything yet out of the idiots in the White House and Congress. I see off-road motorcycles(right next to our weed-eaters, lawn mowers, excessive use of cars, etc) as a real sweet target for these people to push their agenda.
