Title: replacement fork source
Post by: OhioTed on May 05, 2009, 04:05:29 PM
Guys,

I need to come up with a pair of replacement, 32mm Ceriani fork tubes.  The ones I'm working with are pitted up pretty badly.

I understand that Forking By Frank is THE source for tubes, but total cost through them would be about $300.

Since I am such a flamin' cheapskate, I just thought I'd ask around a bit to see if there are any options at all.  Any idears, suggestions, superstitions, intuitions, criticisms?

Frank will not warranty them for off road racing so his tubes are only good for restorations, not riders.

I have a set of 32mm ceriani forks off of a 1973 125cc six days that I would sell for $60 if interested.
