Title: LOST ANOTHER FRIEND
Post by: Larry Perkins on May 12, 2009, 06:44:14 PM
I and the Vintage sport lost another friend this week.  Richie Vallandingham of Moberly Missouri passed away due to a heart attack at the HLR Motorsports Moberly track while practicing with his son.  Richie was not a Penton guy but another great guy.  Besides being a racer you may have seen Richie play with my friend John Gott's band at a Vintage National race in the past.  Two years ago at Sandia they rocked the house in the desert at that AHRMA National race.  Richie always had a smile and a heart felt handshake for all.  We will miss him and prayers for his family are appreciated.  God Speed, Richie.
