Thanks for the reply.  Yes it is V-1554.  The bike is mostly complete although I don't remember seeing one with a low expansion chamber exhaust system.  How or where do I upload some photo's of it?

I just got a Penton with Frame vin #1554.  Looks like a Jackpiner.  Now if I can just figure out how to attach the photos.
