Dr.2Stroke, people who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones. I think there is room for improvement regarding your ebay feedback: ktmoldtimerteile  (And again: I'm sooooo expensive because.......)

However, I'm a multiple buyer from ktm96duke and never had any troubles with this seller. Unfortunately it seems that my experiences do not prove the reality, can't help here.

Don´t want to start a war, but what´s about a discussion? Fact is that parts for KTM´s aren´t as rare like parts for other bikes like CCM. If the availability of parts tor a CCM would be as good as for KTM´s then they would not be as expensive as they are to day. It´s an open secret, that there are enough KTM parts around, it´s only a question of time till you find them and therefor the price is lower... The proplem is, that certain fellows belive that they are the only source of parts, and can not handle the pressure of the free market ie. e-bay, after market parts, enthusiasts, old dealers...
They always have to explain why they are so important, expensive and that they will throw on day the whole stuff in the garbage. Who cares, the world will still going round ( and as well all the crank shafts of the penton´s), even without such people.
However, is´s my own decision whether I deal with such people or not, but it´s always a pain to read all these excuses why their parts are soooooooooooooo expensive. The market is making the price, not an individual, that´s the way how it works.
BTW: the price for a std bore 250 piston is high; you should know the price for the 2nd over, I´ve got a quote for that from the Docter... HUUUUUUUUUUUU
