Mid-Ohio is a blast. There were alot of Penton's racing and I got to see my high school race buddy Bob Wardlow! I can't believe "thrownchain" was there. He got me started selling my six days 125. You Penton guys are special. I will stop in and say hi next year. Hey Wardlow, where's pictures of my 1978 Honda Goldwing GL1000. (Just kidding) see ya next time.

You guys on POG are amazing! Just got done with Penton Central at my shop. Thanks to Ron Carbaugh for setting me up with Crash Carden and his brother. They are a hoot. They bought the Berkshire and we talked about knowing Bob Wardlow. Cool! They said Bob moved away from Ludington because there was not enough good competition (refering to myself, funny but true.) Then Gary Hext came by and picked up the Six Days. He seemed really excited.

Got an old 74 Elsinore 125 just like I had. Will be displaying at bike shows along with my old trophies. Cool. Hey, Bob have you been watching the kid, Kelly Smith from Ludington in the Supercross 250 Lites? He is up and coming and should be one of the guys to beat next year. He is good!

Price has come down to $300 for the Berkshire. I looked and the forks are mint. Triple tree, front hub, etc. real good.

Yes, this sold to a guy who knows John Penton. Gary's buddy raced against John and took a Bronze when John Penton took Gold. Pretty cool.

I have a 1973 Penton Berkshire 100cc bike that I would like to sell. It has no seat and the tank has two indentations. KTM fender brace is included but no fender. No carb or rear fender. Exhaust is very good with only one minor dent. Fiberglass airbox is good. Engine is locked. 100cc 6B motor. 269-781-7788

I have a 1973 Penton Six Days 125cc bike that I am willing to sell. It has the Magura levers and throttle, Radelli rims, Lectron carb and Koni shocks as well as Preston Petty fenders and grips. This bike has been sitting for 15 years and is not in running condition. Does kick over with compression and spark. Exhaust has a Super Trapp welded to it. Rust as expected for this age bike. Would love to trade for a 1974 Honda Elsinore CR125M. Otherwise money will have to do. Located in south central lower Michigan. 269-781-7788.

Just got a 1973 Six Days. Feels like the kick starter doesn't want to return. When I put it in gear and roll it the kicker rotates and when it hits the frame it starts clicking when the bike is rolling. Ever had this problem and what is the fix. Lectron carb with plastic bowl on this one. Did they work?? Radelli rims and Magura levers. Is this standard desirable stuff. 6B motor. Thanks for any info. This is my first Penton.
