I agree with Mickey the Duro 4.10 x 18 is the best tire for a 100cc bike, especially in muddy situations. I have been using them for years on my 75 Berkshire.

The area for the POG tent is known as "PENTONVILLE" and most of the members have vendor spaces around that area. There is always plenty of food to eat, prepared by Chef Dale.  We all look forward to meeting our members and putting faces to names, so don't be bashful and make yourself known.   See you this weekend, Lee Buffenmyer

Do you have a good ground on your coil to the frame?  If its not grounded properly the spark will be weak.

The left side air box covers that came from the factory were aluminum.
The right side exhaust covers were fiberglass from 1974 up.

   Did you check with Al Buehner for original spoke nipples ? He did have some a while back.
There are some original refurbished spokes listed on ebay.
