Who refinishes fiber glass tanks? This one has a stress cracks in it and had a hole but I think I have repaired it.

How do I get the bearing out that is on the opposite side of the brake shoe? I have unscrewed the two flat head screws and got them out, and took the dust cover off, does the bearing come out brake shoe side or the opposite?
