Yes, it feels so good to have the message board up and running from a webmaster's viewpoint! Thanks goes out to NameCheap, our hosting provider and Penton Member Rob Hugo for helping with this!

Hi Everyone
Just letting you know the website and message board was down for a couple of days.  We were hacked. Due to the speedy and efficient work of our technie Doug Heffernan, he was able to restore everything yesterday mid afternoon.  Fortunately, we did not loose any data in the message board! 

Also, the message board has been upgraded to the most recent version.  The look and feel is slightly different but you should adjust quickly.

I am making a few tweaks to tighten things up as well as making you able to post without moderator approval.
Should be done by day end today!

Your bikes are most cool! Looks like you now know how to post photos! It took me awhile too but easy once you know how to handle the size!

[REQUIREMENTS]

Posting a photo on the message board is quite simple as long as you understand the requirements.  Follow these guidelines to successfully post a photo!

REQUIREMENTS

1. You are allowed to add up to 5 photos per message post or a total of 10MB of file size, whichever comes first.

2. The maximum size of a photo must be 4MB or less. 

3. Your image will be resized upon upload to 1024 pixels wide or high.

HOW TO POST A PHOTO

1. Start a New Topic or Reply to an existing one. 
    Note: The 'Quick Reply' option does not allow attachments.

2. At the bottom of the text box, look for "Click or drag files here to attach them."



3. Click on the area shown above to select your photo(s) or 'Drag and Drop' them into the same area.

5. (Optional) If you would like to specify where in your message you would like the pictures to appear, click on the blue up-arrow and click the [INSERT] button. NOTE: You do not need to enter any numbers in the width and height boxes.



It will look like this in the editor.




6. If you did not do step 5, your photo will then appear as a thumbnail in your post. People will be able to click on the thumbnail to view it full size.

7. Click the [Post] or [Preview] button in the lower right corner of the screen to save when you are done.

Looks like the Photo Gallery is down for some reason.  Sorry for the inconvenience.

We have a Snitz guru looking into the problem but no resolution yet.  It looks like its ok for some of you, but that is not good enough!  we will keep trying on the technical end.

This is a big problem for us. The software company went out of business a few years back so we are at wits end trying to find someone to fix this. Sorry for the inconvenience.
