No doubt Mr. John and family/friends will have a table at the forefront for the Friday night party.

As a relatively new POG guy (joined 2 years ago) I would like to extend my thanks to those early pioneers that started POG and to all that have served to keep these great sportbikes alive.

Good to see that you have joined the message board. I'm the guy at Barber that ran you down and said "You just bought my bike."

While I insisted it was a Penton, obviously I was wrong and now you have the full story. The guys on this board are absolutely great in their knowledge of the motorcycle world.

Again, glad you've joined us. If you live in the Atlanta area let's get together and share motorcycle notes.

Tried diesel fuel and an ultrasonic machine but did not care for the results: too messy/stinky and the diesel oil film remains long after the part is cleaned.

Have had good luck with the Purple Power stuff on nuts/bolts, but it will oxidize the aluminum parts.

Hi new guy. You've pulled up an oldie.

To the point, my two bikes (125 and 175) are close to being finished.
They will be too nice to ride. Got my eye on an old 250 the would be a rider. I sold it to a buddy and I am waiting for him to sell it back to me.

In the meantime, it looks like Brian Kirby might take you up on the riding request.

If you would like to get a Penton Atlanta group for bench racing, I'm in. I live in the Cumming area and will meet you in Roswell for a beer?
