Do you guys ever go riding? I live in Marietta. Picked up a 77 GS6 250 a while back and am trying to get it ready to race at Aonia Pass in three weeks. I hope to be able to some miles on her before then.

Jumped on the bike the other day, cranked her up, grabbed the clutch, popped her into first and she tried to take off with the clutch still engaged. I have a new cable and expected to adjust it after some stretch, so I adjusted back according to the manual and it didn't fix it. Any ideas?

77 Penton GS6 250

I have been looking for a bike to race in AHRMA and came across this Penton GS6 250. The guy selling it insists that its a 78, but I've never seen a 78 still using the Penton name. Also, is anyone else racing one of these?
