i have a complete set of blue plastic with graphics kit. i bought these new at the end of 1997 as replacement plastic for my jackpiner from my local KTM dealer, the owners of these bikes were the only ones who could order the blue plastic and graphics kit. but i never needed to use them. they have been in a plastic storage container in my bedroom closet since 1997. i also have new complete seat. if interested let me know, can send you pictures.

I raced with Jack at the Byron Ill. track back in the early 70's. I think 73/74, he lapped all of us, some maybe twice, he was smoking everyone that day.

Larry, First I would like to say I except your apology. Our bad blood started over a disagreement of facts. With me all you have to do is prove to me I'm wrong and I'll gladly admit I'm wrong. Getting loud or making threats never proves anyone right. As far as your childhood, I was sad to hear it. And I'm sure a lot of us can recite simalar stories from our childhood. As for me I've tried to live my life on the premise of treating people the way you would want to be treated and that usually works for me. Not trying to be a detracter this is just my 2 percenter. DD

PS. Larry I never meant to drive you away, I just wanted you to play nice with the rest of us kids.

Very nice and rare bike. I heard that they only made 5 of these. I had read that they were making 100 blue ones and 25 green ones, as it turned out they made 133 of the blue ones and I heard only 5 of the green ones. Can you tell us if that's true? Just curious. dd

Thrownchain and to all concerned especially all new comers to POG. Don't let the negative comments of this one individual discourage any of you from using the vast resources of this site and the good people you will meet here. If you are so inclined, do a search of that praticular persons name you will notice a pattern of negative comments, sarcasm, name calling and even threats of physical violence. (Club any baby seals lately, Larry?)[:X]

Hi Kip, I have what I believe to be a white 1973 OSSA SDR. It ran the last time I started it. The front fender is missing and the back fender is broken, other than that I believe it's complete. I also have (orange/black) OSSA Pioneers. If you are interested you can contact me at [email protected].

Hey guys, I seen it, too. I already have one and I thought for that price I wouldn't mind having two. But, after closer inspection of his pictures and him listing it as a 98 model and not listing the vin #, I had some questions. So I emailed him - twice, and received no reply to my questions. With him being some type of cycle dealer it all leads me to beleive this bike is a clone and not the real thing. It's a pretty bike even if it is a clone but I just wanted to warn anyone who was thinking they would be getting a real anniversary bike that this one may not be the real mccoy. Hope this helps.
