Doug, when you say to remove the rear spigot of the carb, can you be a little more specific...ie: how do you remove it? Pics would be great!

My old Bing is in pretty bad shape, so am trying to convert to a Mikuni (can't remember if I bought a 28 or 30 mm). The whole set up is about 3/4-1 longer than the Bing and I can't squeeze it in-intake rubber is too long and it hits the pipe. How are others making this conversion? Pics?

A little bit different question, but related. How did you guys mount your Mikuni? My Bing is worn out so I ordered a Mikuni for my Berkshire 100, but the Mikuni is about 3/4" longer and I just can't seem to get it in there using the stock air intake boot.
