Motor Number

I want to sell my 73/74? 250 Hare scrambler parts bike so I can fund myself for the Reunion Ride and build my mint 400 for next year. I want to have the correct numbers.The frame # is 54-31269808 but the motor # doesn't seem correct. All I can find is D 133 on the right case just below the cylinder and E77111R  ELKO 33A  under the exhaust manifold,is this right ? Be easy on me,I am NEW to this "having a shifter thing" after 33 years of just twist & go.

hi mike. welcome. where the number should be is right above the magneto cover on the right side below the cylinder towards the front. stamped in the vertical surface. hope that helps    chi jer
