54mm Bing intake to carb piece..

I have a 54 mm Bing for my 74 250 Hare Scrambler, but I do not have the sleeve that connects the carb to the intake. I have a Mikuni on the bike that uses a rubber sleeve, but would like to get the Bing back on there .Help !  ..
