I need a top "Plastic/Nylon/Teflon"  Chain Guide for 1979 KTM MC80 250cc Bike.  Al B has the lower. The plastic is just to brittle and I don't want to damage the swingarm.  I've kinda cobbled one together, But I rather get a good one.  I'm trying to get the bike ready to race on Jan 10th at Glen Helen in Evo 2 class.
Feel free to call me anytime day or night 909-973-2234 or E-mail me at [email protected].

Thanks and merry Christmas

There's Andre Horvath's European website for vintage KTM's that lists that part.  However, I sure would like to save shipping charges and buy American, if possible.  Does anyone know of other sources, besides Al B. and Andre?

Rob Wager from AU used to be my source for these until his business burned down.  I've emailed Rob and he, with a good buddy pestering him, are considering starting up again.  Only time will tell if he is successful in starting all over again.

Yea, That one hurt.  I was looking at Robs inventory list and he credits who gave the part so he could make the molds for the new ones. Alot of POG Members are mentioned.  How do you start over?

I went ahead and ordered the part from Andre'.  I was trying to find the raw material to make one.  Forget it.  I shipped it normal do you have any idea how long that takes?

I gerry rigged something to use in the mean time.  Hopefully, this weekend I can take the bike for a good test ride.  1st I will install the kill switch!

  Phil,  Again, Thanks
