I have just pulled my 1972 125 Six Day from the back of the garage and want to get it running and cleaned up.  Other than cleaning the carb, changing the tranny fluid and lubing the rest of it - is there anything else critical that should be done before trying to start it.  I am the original owner and it has not been started since 1983.  Also need an air filter... any recommendations?

I was thrilled to find this group and see the enthusiasm for Penton products.  I probably rode the 125 more than the rest of the bikes I've had since I put it away.  It's like getting re-aquainted with an old friend.  Thanks
