1974 Mint 400 - basket case

I have nearly all of the parts with the exception of wheels, bars, levers, and rear shocks.  I have full motor, some extra motor and tranny parts, forks, water melon and toaster tank, seat, correct bing carb, frame, swing arm, air box, GS pipe in good shape (one small crack about 1.5" long) etc.

I paid $1300 for everything from a fellow POGer and I just don't have the time, space, or knowledge for the project right now. I would like to get my money back out of it, but make me an offer.
