I'd give him 50 bucks for the whole thing. Just for the metal fenders.  Leave it out in the weather, and it may have a few useable parts left. This one looks like its been out in the weather for a long long time.
Oh wait [)]the case protector bolts are still useable.. maybe a few more parts here and there.
Unfortunate, Jackpiners  are great bikes:(
