Hey gang, due to the success of the twelve AHRMA Cross Country riders that entered the modern Greenville/Treaty City Enduro in Ohio last fall (thank you Tim Grow), the Razorback Riders have added a Vintage and a Post Vintage class to their White Rock Enduro on March 27. The course for our bikes will be shorter than for the modern bikes and will run on the national parks trail system – no real tight single track. The flyer for this event can be found at http://www.blackjackenduro.com/Flyers/2011WhiteRockFlyer.pdf . This event will not pay AHRMA national cross country series points of course, but if it is anything like the reports I got from the Ohio event, you will have a great time. You do not have to be a member of AMA to ride this event. Ya'll come!!!

Ted,

Is this a Qualifier style or computer mumbo jumbo with resets and such?  Thanks!

Larry,
The BJEC website says it's a timekeeper event but maybe Teddy can tell us for sure. Check out the BJEC website and click on the schedule tab which shows all their events for 2011 and the event formats. http://www.blackjackenduro.com/  It looks like the entry flyer says that the the Vintage and PV classes will run the super short course and have to start in row 30 or after. My guess is that the super short course will be 25 miles or less but I'll see what I can find out about that and repost with and new info.

Larry,
The word I'm getting from the Razorback Riders is they will use AHRMA guidelines to determine which bikes qualify for vintage and PV classes. The vintage bikes will run the super short course which is usually approx 15-20 miles. The post vintage bikes will run the same short course as the modern bikes which is usually approx 50-60 miles. It is a timekeeping event. Hope this helps.
