This is just like the last Hi Point I owned.  I pulled it with a Honda Accord (Company Car) and had to be careful as 75 MPH was easy.  Nice find.

Good point. I'm not familiar with the frames on a Hi Point but being a fiberglass shell, it must have some sort of a steel perimeter frame. I would imagine if it were used year round in a northern climate, the frames would get rotted after a while.   It don't take long, years back I bought a new steel snowmobile trailer.  It was rotted beyond repair after two seasons of trailering north.

i have one almost identical to it. last year i replaced all the steel floor supports. the only steel under the floor that i left was the frame itself which is pretty stout. i also replaced the wheel housing steel. hi-points were very light for their size due in no small part to the lightweight steel construction that supported the floor and walls. i have seen quite a few that needed the same thing. well worth the effort to do it. i have pulled that trailer completely loaded down to arkansas and back with a 4 cylinder ranger.
i think that the one listed is a really good price but hard to tell enough from the photo.
