1972 Penton Side Stand & Air Filter Box Cover

I am in need of a side stand for my 1972 175 JP, the same stand was used on the 100's and 125's.  PN 51-03-023-000.  I believe this version was used only on 1972 models.

I also need the cover for the top of the airbox, PN 51-06-043-100.
Anyone have these items for sale?
